Tiacil®

Antimicrobial Eye Drop Solution for Dogs, Cats & Rabbits

Tiacil® is a gentamicin based eye drop solution which is licensed for the treatment of eye infections that include blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis (including post-operative keratitis) and anterior uveitis in dogs, cats and rabbits.

Product Features & Benefits: 

  • Easy to administer using the atraumatic, rubber applicator for minimal tissue injury during application

  • Contains Tris EDTA to increase permeability of bacterial cell membranes to gentamicin and protect the cornea from collagenase enzymes produced by Pseudomonas spp

  • Broad spectrum with good resistance profile2

  • Viscous solution for prolonged contact with the eye

  • Gentamicin based which is active against a range of gram positive and gram negative bacteria which has an excellent safety profile1,3
