Zoletil® is a 250mg tiletamine & 250mg zolazepam powder for reconstitution and is a dissociative general anaesthetic for cats and dogs given by intramuscular or intravenous routes.

- Zoletil® contains the active ingredients tiletamine (an NMDA receptor antagonist pharmacologically similar to ketamine) and zolazepam (a benzodiazepine) enabling complementary actions to induce the following effects:

Fast catalepsy followed by muscle relaxation

Moderate superficial, immediate and visceral analgesia

Surgical anaesthesia with muscle relaxation, preservation of laryngeal, pharyngeal and palpebral reflexes, without bulbar depression
