Getting the most out of VETERINARY HPM®

Offer your patients the most suitable mixed nutrition programme by combining our wet foods with our kibbles for optimal health.

Our wet foods are complete foods and can therefore be offered as an exclusively wet diet. It is also possible to combine them with our dry foods in order to offer a complete programme of mixed nutrition. We recommend that you give one sachet per day and complete the ration with kibble (example given for a 4kg cat).

Key benefits & characteristics

1. SUPPORTS HYDRATION

The water content in the diet naturally increases total water intake (food water + drinking water) for optimal water turnover in the body.

2. LOW STRUVITE RSS (<1)

The formulation induces urine under-saturated for struvites, with struvite RSS** index <1, to promote the dissolution of existing struvite crystals and prevent the formation of new ones.

**RSS: Relative Super Saturation index

3. OPTIMISES URINARY PH

Urinary pH between 6.0 - 6.5 to prevent struvite and oxalate crystal formation.

4. OPTIMAL BODY WEIGHT

The low energy content, the energy balance (Protein:Fat:Carbohydrate), and the adapted feeding recommendations help maintain a helathy weight. The high water content helps with satiety.

5. HIGH PALATABILITY

High proportion of ingredients of animal origin (87%) and the formulation (high protein - very low carbohydrate) help to meet the natural preference of domestic cats.
