GLOBAL PREVENTIVE PROFILE

Small and toy breed puppies have high energy, protein and minerals requirements, due to  fast growth over a short period of time. They have a delicate digestive system and an immature immune system.

Special Rapid Growth (>10 months)

The high energy density and high degree of digestibility of the food provide a concentrated diet which covers the requirements for intense and rapid growth. The high protein content, with balanced calcium and phosphorous levels, contributes to a healthy growth.

High Energy Level

With its high fat content, the energy density of the diet is high, in order to meet the intense requirements for growth.

Immune Support

The beta-glucan supplement (brewer’s yeast cell-wall extract) promotes the development of a puppies’ own defence system, improves vaccine response and increases the level of resistance to disease.

High Digestive Tolerance (1)

The low starch content takes into account the immature amylase activity. Lactobacilli (probiotic) helps to stimulate the growth of protective acidogenic flora. They contribute to strong local immunity. The bentonite protects the digestive muscosa, helps limit inflammatory and infectious processes and ensures normal stool odour and consistency. Soluble fibres (prebiotics) contribute to the normal growth of digestive flora and to the integrity of the colonic mucosa.

Dental Tartar Control

The pentasodium triphosphate supplement helps to limit tartar formation and contributes to ensure good oral and dental health at a very early age.

Skin & Coat Support

The high level of animal proteins, source of sulphur-containing amino acids and the balance of omega-3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids contribute to the development of epidermal barrier functions and the formation of the puppy’s coat.

Low-allergen Formulation

The product is formulated without maize, wheat, gluten, soya, egg, beef or fish*.

*May contain traces. Not suited for full hypoallergenic use.
